Paloma Schnitzer (b. 1988 in Buenos Aires) lives and works in Berlin. She studied film direction at ENERC (Buenos Aires) and is currently doing a master of Art and Media at the University of the Arts (Berlin).

Her work has been shown in exhibitions such as "Urban Habitats" at Scotty (Berlin), "Too much is never enought" at Scherben (Berlin), "Oscilante" at BA Photo (BuenosAires), "Fundación Varioletto" at Faena Arts Center (Buenos Aires), among others.
She took part in the project Labor In a Single Shot, by Harun Farocki and Antje Hehmann, where she made pieces that were selected to be exhibited at the Venice Biennale (Venice) and HKW (Berlin).

Between 2019 and 2021 she was part of the artist-in-residence program at Hangar (Barcelona), Globe Galery (Oranienburg) and Schmiede (Hallein).

She was co-founder of the feminist VJ collective ¨Trial and Theresa¨, where she participated as programmer and artist in exhibitions and lectures such as ¨Above average¨ and ¨Breathing Fire¨. She is currently developing the project ¨Digital Anarchic Museum¨, in the context of the research grant in digital formats awarded by the Deutsche Künstlerbund (Germany).
